When you place an order, we need to have your name, address and e-mail address. A contact telephone number is also required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.
When you checkout/ register with us you can select whether you would like to be sent correspondence from us by email. If you would not like to receive these notifications please select the tick box on the form which is on page 2 of the checkout process. If you leave the box unchecked you will receive these notifications, although we don't send many! If you no longer wish to receive mailings from us please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove your email address from our records.
We never see your card details and never will. We use two external service providers, Sagepay and Paypal to take your payment. Both are secure and use computer safeguards, such as firewalls and data encryption to protect your details.
We also have a PDQ Barclaycard terminal here if you prefer to make a card payment over the phone. As soon as we have taken payment, any card number details are shredded immediately. We are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and update this annually.
