Hi, I ordered a clock and coaster from you the other day and it arrived yesterday - less than 24 hours after ordering.Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the speed, service, quality of products and basically everything you do and make. I've been following you on Facebook for a couple of years and your posts always make me laugh. Great brand, great job. Can't believe it's taken me this long to order something from you!

Hi Mr. Robinson,

I have been browsing over your Catalogue and online, and am having a dreadful job deciding what to send my daughter in America.  Just wish I could win the lottery and then I would purchase almost everything!!  However, by tomorrow, 16/ll/17 I hope to have the list ready.  I am not sure whether I shall try to put it through online or by telephone.  I always feel so much more at ease when I can converse with an assistant, rather than email it or listen to a metallic voice!  Anyway, which ever I decide to do, Thank You for your helpfulness and courtesy.  I was much impressed with both. I hope your employees take a  'leaf from your book' because if they do, customers will appreciate it I can assure you. My father was a Scientific Instrument Manufacturer, and we had a family business.  Both my Grandfather and Brother were scientific instrument makers.  I was not.  Went to college and qualified in Business Studies, and we were thoroughly schooled in the art of talking to and dealing with customers, and learning to be the Perfect Secretary.  These days bad customer service seems to be the 'norm' as they say.  Enough of my rambling.....That's what happens when you reach 91!!

Thanks again, and be assured not only shall I continue to purchase from you, but I will tell others to do so.
